- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Dear Tesco I have just been into your store, and I went off shopping while my husband was directed to the click and collect desk to use the phone to report a fault with the Garmin Sat Nav he purchased from you. I had only been shopping for about ten minutes when I began to feel ill, Im a diabetic and was starting to have a hypo, trying not to panic, I went to the drinks aisle and got a six pack of lucozade, by then I began to shake and my lips began to tingle, I got back to my husband who was still on the phone to Garmin, and I was trying to allergic him to my predicament, when I heard a kind voice behind me, ask me if I was ok, I explained what was happening,came asked if I was alright to open one of the small bottles of lucozade before paying for it, the lady quickly went and asked a young man to get me a chair, while she dashed off to get me a Mars bar, she kept asking me if I was ok, and if I needed a first aider, I said no if I sit a bit longer and drank a bit more lucozade that I should be ok till I got home, where I would have to get some carbs in me quickly by eating a sandwich, I was then told by this wonderful assistant that she would go and get me a sandwich, I said I thought I would be ok, and was told if I changed my mind to let her no, and she get me sandwich. My husband by this time was getting the run around from Garmin, so the assistant sorted this out for my husband too so that he could take me home. The name of this wonderful, caring assistant was Joanne Snowden. Can I just say Joanne what a great help you were, and I went to the customer services desk on the way out, and the assistant there took down a written message from me to be handed to one of the bosses of the store, to let then know what you had done to me, I never told Joanne that I was unwell, it was her own observation that picked up on my plight, thank you once again Joanne love from Susan Robinson xBy Admin, September 12, 2019
